However, we draw your attention to the fact that occasionally payments to Yandex-money and Qiwi can take place with significant delays, up to several days. We cannot influence this in any way, since we use the services of a third-party service for payments to these two payment systems.

We ask you to either refuse payments to these payment systems (Yandex and Qiwi), or take into account that the transaction may "hang". In most cases, it resolves successfully in 2-4 days.

In view of this, if the payment to Yandex or Qiwi has not arrived after 4 days after payment, please inform technical support about it. Indicate the date and amount of payment. Please do not contact technical support earlier than 4 days. The payment cannot be refunded during this period.
